Located on the border of historic Scott’s Addition and Richmond’s Museum District, The Highpoint on Broad has been home to many Richmond small businesses over the years. From dairy distribution, to leather manufacturing, and most recently an art gallery, our history is as varied and vibrant as Richmond itself.

Under new management as of 2023, we are your friendly neighborhood event venue. Fully renovated in 2018, we have over 2,300 feet of event space, a 600 square foot commercial kitchen, state of the art AV (including a projector with a drop down screen), a folding glass wall that opens onto a wide sidewalk on West Broad Street, and all the charm and convenience that Scott’s Addition has to offer.

Our open floor plan and high ceilings make us a great blank canvas for you to bring your event’s vision to life. We look forward to hosting you in the future.
